The Way to Make a Hair Bow

Hair bows are cute, elegantly simple, and funny. They're also very easy to make, Do you want have a try? So you can follow us!

Steps

Figure 8 hair bow

1. Assemble the supplies needed. These are listed below under "Things You'll Need".
 2. Fold the ribbon. Fold the ribbon into a figure 8, three times.
3. Trim the excess ribbon with scissors, and repeat to make a second bow.
4. Use the needle and thread to tightly sew the two bows together.
  • Create a monochromatic bow with matching ribbon or use a different color for the second bow for a complementary effect.

5. Affix a decorative accent piece to the center of the bow, securing it with hot glue

 6. Spread a layer of hot glue onto the alligator clip. Place the bow onto the clip and hold them tightly together until the glue hardens.

7. Make another hair bow by applying a layer of glue onto a small area just off center on theheadband. Securely affix a bow to the headband. Now go and rock your girly look.

Warnings

Take time to get the bow shapes correct; if you're frustrated, take a break and come back to it later, as a matter of common sense.
